Raffle Rules & Regulations

  1. The Monumental Task Committee, Inc.(MTC) non-profit Eras Tour Raffle Grand Prize will be two tickets for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Concert in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Superdome on Friday, October 25th, 2024 at 7 pm.  One prize winner will be selected.
  2. MTC’s mission is to restore and repair historic monuments, statues and markers in the New Orleans region. The board is 100% volunteers and receives no benefits from its business. The board and immediate family are not eligible to participate in this raffle. A maximum of 500 chances will be sold.
  3. Official MTC Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle entries must be entered online at MTC’s website with correct information for ease of contact including your name, address, cell phone/direct phone number, email address, and credit card information in order to enter the drawing.
  4. Only official entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles or e-mails are permitted.
  5. The purchase price of one raffle ticket is $50.00 for two concert tickets and entries may be purchased online at MTC’s Website (show here). All online orders end by 11:59 pm CST on Monday October 7th, 2024,  drawing will be held on Friday October 11th, 2024 at 10 am at MTC’s headquarter office in New Orleans, LA.  The purchaser(s) of the winning ticket need(s) not be present to win. The winner shall be notified at the telephone number or email address provided on the winner’s information. 
  6. In the event that more than one winner is identified on a single ticket, the winners must state only one person as the official designated winner, The designated winner must provide their official domicile (home address) of record as well as social security number for taxation purposes.  
  7. Tickets will be transferred to the winner by Thursday October 17th, 2024 prior to the concert date on Friday October 25, 2024. Winner will provide names and contact information of those using the tickets no later than 24 hours prior to tickets being transferred.
  8. In the event that the winning ticket contains unverifiable information deeming it impossible to identify the winning entrant within one week after the drawing, or the winning entrant is unreachable, the winning entrant may be disqualified and shall forfeit all interest in the prizes. In such instances, subsequent drawings shall be held until a qualified identifiable winner is identified.
  9.  If an entrant’s credit card is declined by the bank, the raffle tickets purchased by the entrant shall be declared invalid. Payments are not tax-deductible contributions. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  10. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility. Under no circumstances shall there be any cash equivalent distribution to entrants whose tickets are drawn. Should the concert be cancelled for any reason, the winner will be refunded the raffle ticket purchase price only.
  11.  Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older, the established legal gambling age in Louisiana, and must be a U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico).
  12. Name(s) of the winner(s) will be available to the media and all other raffle participants via MTC’s website and social media for a minimum of 60 days after the end of the raffle.
  13. Raffle ticket purchases (game of chance) are not tax-deductible.
  14.  The decisions of MTC’s Board of Directors shall be final on all matters concerning the drawing.
  15. The purchase of tickets for this raffle is void where prohibited by law.
  16.  This raffle is Operated under Louisiana Gaming License Number – L0010300.
  17. Winner shall assume and be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, including without limitation all applicable sales, use, luxury, income, and other related special taxes.
